The new Apple iOS 14 update will change the way we use Facebook Ads. When Apple release their new update, iPhone users will receive a popup message asking them whether they want to opt out of data tracking "across Apps and Websites owned by other companies". If users decide to opt out of this tracking, Facebook will no longer be able to track the activity of each user and the actions they take on our ads. This will have implications on our audiences and Facebook pixels among other things.
